Winter Salad. Fresh lettuce, dried cranberries, roasted walnuts, crumbled blue cheese and grated carrot. Best served with our classic Caesar dressing. $8.95
Caribbean Salad. Fresh Romaine lettuce, mixed with a selection of fruits including mandarin oranges, pineapple and coconut. Best served with balsamic vinaigrette. Add roasted walnuts at no extra charge. 8.95

Hot Sandwiches

Philly Cheesesteak. Grilled, shredded Rib Eye smothered with sauteed onios, green peppers and melted cheese. $9.95
Chicken Philly. A house speciality, Same as the traditional beef version, but made with chunks of grilled chicken breast. $9.95
Hamburger. A house favorite. Eight ounces of ground chuck grilled to order and served with lettuce, tomato and onion. $8.95
Cruzan Burger. A true Cruzan experience. Eight ounces of ground chuck marinated in Cruzan Black Strap Rum and molasses. grilled to order and served with lettuce, tomato and onion. $9.95

Smuggle any of the following onto a hamburger for just $1.00 per item: Swiss, American, bleu, provolone or cheddar cheese, mushrooms, bacon, sauteed onions, olives, or jalapenos.
Entrees
Each Entree comes with your choice of one or two sides. Sides include baked potato, rice, steamed vegetables, or side salad with your choice of dressing.
New York Strip. Hand cut 12 ounce Black Angus NY Strip Steak, glazed with our famous house marinade and served with your choice of two sides. $25.95
Rib Eye Steak. Hand cut 14 ounce Black Angus Prime Rib of Beef. Char-grilled to your preferred temperature and served with your choice of two sides.
Blackened NY or Rib Eye. Choose your favorite cut and have it coated with Cajun spices and pan seared to your liking for additional $2.00
Steak and Shrimp. Add jumbo shrimp to your steak for an additional $5.00 and choose grilled or beer battered.
Mahi Mahi. Choose char-grilled with a herb butter and lemon wedge. $18.95
Atlantic Salmon. Skinless and boneless Atlantic salmon, char-grilled and served with herb butter. $19.95
Shrimp Scampi. Sauteed in garlic butter. Comes with your choice of two additional sides. Can be served over a bed of pasta or rice if you choose either as one of your additional sides. $19.95
Shrimp Tempura. Six jumbo shrimp, beer-battered and deep fried. Served with cocktail sauce and your choice of two sides. $19.95
Chicken Parmesan. A house favorite. A full chicken breast, deep fried with our Italian herb breadcrumb coating. Topped with melted cheese and our homemade spaghetti sauce. Served with your choice of two sides. Can be served over a bed of pasta if you choose pasta as one of your additional sides. $18.95
Spaghetti. Italian pasta, served with either broccoli and garlic butter, or our homemade traditional meat sauce. Add spicy sausage for $3.00 more. Served with your choice of one additional side. $14.95

Served nightly from 5 p.m.Our secret recipe......start with hand-rolled dough, spread with homemade pizza sauce. Add generous helpings of individual toppings. Cover with mozzarella cheese and finish with a special recipe, spiced Parmesan cheese. Bake until golden brown. Brush garlic butter on the crust before serving. Enjoy!
